Although every movement has their specific attributes, they can mostly be approached through a similar fashion:
– there is always a starting position,
– some muscles are specifically targeted with the exercise,
– the active joint range of motion capacity dictates the exercise selection,
– a certain grip or hand placement can make an exercise easier or harder,
– the principles of weight placement and what equipment we chose will have the same benefits, and lastly
– there is always a progression available.
