PERFORM SERIES

PERFORM. Hey. Welcome here, congratulations for making it to this point. By now you can safely move through any necessary and healthy range. You understand and have practiced for hours what the correct movement patterns are, so it’s time to spice things up a bit. Power, speed, agility, intensity, plyometrics – hey you all.

Let’s rewind a bit. In the Awaken series you learned how to breathe correctly and to brace your spine safely and efficiently. You also practiced the hip hinge, which is one of the most crucial movements of your hip joint. The Build series made you move through a full range and made you strong enough so you can pick things up from the floor safely and efficiently. Now in the Perform series we are adding power to the list – which is the ability to exert a maximal force in as short a time as possible – so basically that object will fly all the way up to the shoulders easily.

As you also learned many other movements in-depth it is time to combine those elements so you can move heavier objects and get more work done with a lot less effort. That is what Perform is about. To make you more efficient in various movements so you can lift heavier, jump higher, move faster and even safer.
