Book Your Consultation (Online / Phone)

Schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and get personalized guidance. Currently only available in virtual format, however during the booking it is possible to request an in-person meeting, subject to availability.
- Why am I seeing this? → You selected “Book a Consultation” after completing the consultation form.
- What happens next? → Your booking will be pending until reviewed. If everything looks good, your appointment will be approved. If I have any questions, I’ll reach out by email before approving the time.

It’s time to schedule your first personal training session and officially get started!
- Why am I seeing this? → You’ve completed the required forms, and you’re now ready to book your first session.
- What happens next? → Once you complete your booking and payment:
- If you don’t already have an account, one will be created for you.
- Your coaching membership will be added to your account.
- You’ll receive an email with login details and information on how to access your membership perks.
- Your session will be confirmed immediately once the booking is successful.
