All bookings take place via the booking form on the website. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of each service category, the session types within them, and how they work.
CATEGORY: MONTHLY TRAINING (Recurring Bookings)
This category is for clients who train regularly at a set time each week.
Service: PT Session (Fixed Time Slots)
Designed for clients who maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
Scheduling: Sessions are pre-booked by the trainer; clients do not manually schedule.
Rescheduling: Clients cannot edit these bookings. If a change is needed, please contact me directly.
Expiration & Renewal:
- If payments stop, remaining sessions expire after 1 month unless otherwise agreed, and all future appointments will be deleted.
- Recurring clients are auto-renewed on the 1st of each month
- If payment is not received by the 1st, all future sessions will be canceled automatically and the time slot becomes available for others.
Service: PT Session Add-On
Available only for existing monthly clients who want extra training sessions.
Acts as a one-off session, meaning it’s paid individually rather than part of the monthly plan.
Scheduling: Clients can book available slots up to 3 weeks in advance.
Rescheduling: Clients can edit these bookings with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Expiration: Must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
CATEGORY: PERSONAL TRAINING (One-Time Bookings)
This category is for clients who prefer flexible, single-session training. Packages option is also available.
Service: Training Session
A single-session booking for those who want flexible training.
Ideal for clients who are not on a monthly plan but want occasional coaching.

A 20-minute free consultation to discuss goals and training options.
No commitment required—this is an opportunity to see if training is the right fit.

Expiration: Clients can reschedule twice after booking.
Service: First Session
A paid introductory session to start your training journey.
Focuses on assessments, movement analysis, and first-step strategies.
Includes a registered account to the website and provides access to the framework, resources, guides, and programs.

Rescheduling: Clients can edit these bookings with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Expiration: Must be used within 1 month from the date of purchase.
LOCATIONS & AVAILABILITY
You can book sessions at any of the following locations:
- SW8 (Nine Elms) – Fully equipped gym environment. Flexible timings.
- SE24 (Herne Hill) – Semi-private studio-based option, currently limited availability.
- Online/Virtual – Remote meetings for flexibility, including phone calls and video meetings.
Some services may only be available at specific locations, but this is correctly represented during the booking process.
