Your Booking Journey: What Happens Next?

This guide walks you through the booking process, from the very first step of entering your email all the way to selecting a service and finalizing payment to receiving confirmation emails and calendar updates. You’ll also find details on when bookings require approval, how your account is set up for first-time clients, and how recurring clients can sync their bookings with their calendar.

STEP-BY-STEP WALKTHROUGH OF THE BOOKING PROCESS

1. Visit the Booking Page: Navigate to the booking section on the website.
2. Enter Your Email

  • If you are a member, log in and continue booking.
  • If you are not a member, progress to the consultation form. At the end of the form, decide your next step:
    • If you want a consultation, book ahead.
    • If you want a session, fill out the health questionnaire and proceed to booking.

3. Booking Form Appears: Choose a service type and location.
4. Find a Date & Time: Select an available appointment slot.
5. Confirm Your Information: Review your details to ensure accuracy.
6. Enter Payment Details (if applicable): Provide payment information to finalize your booking.
7. Confirmation Page: A summary of your booking appears. You will also have the option to add the appointment to your calendar.
8. Confirmation Email Sent: A confirmation email with all relevant booking details is sent to your provided email.

WHEN BOOKING A CONSULTATION

  • Since consultations do not require payment, they are initially marked as pending.
  • Your booking will be reviewed along with the consultation form you submitted prior to scheduling.
  • Once reviewed, your booking will be approved and confirmed. If any additional details are needed, you will be contacted before approval.

WHEN BOOKING A FIRST SESSION

  • An account is automatically created if one does not already exist.
  • A welcome email to the Akademy is sent, allowing you to set your password. If you already have an account, this step is skipped.
  • A Coaching Membership is added to the account.
  • A Coaching-Active Membership is assigned to the account with a 1-month expiration.
  • When the Coaching Membership is assigned, an introductory email series is sent to help you navigate the Akademy and familiarize yourself with its benefits.
  • This booking can be modified by the customer through the Menu > My Bookings section.

WHEN BOOKING OTHER APPOINTMENTS (Excluding Consultations)

  • If you have more than three upcoming bookings, a custom calendar feed becomes available.
  • Subscribing to this feed enables auto-syncing between your booked appointments and your calendar without further manual action.
