Credit a Booking

If you can’t reschedule a session that you can’t attend, you can temporarily mark it as a Credit. Simply enter the booking ID below and click the update button. If successful, your session will be marked as Credit with a pending status and assigned to Reschedule Needed. After reloading the page, you can filter the trainer section and view your available credits in the customer panel.
